Responder guide
This section is for Responders: the people who answer assessment questions and supply the evidence behind those answers. It covers logging in, taking an assessment, attaching evidence, and tracking your progress.
Your role as a Responder
Section titled “Your role as a Responder”As a Responder you are assigned to one or more assessments by an administrator or manager. Once assigned, an assessment appears on your Dashboard. Your job is to:
- Answer the questions in each assessment.
- Attach the evidence that supports your answers, where evidence is requested.
- Fill in any Additional Fields (also called Parameters) that appear with a question.
- Keep your answers accurate and complete, since reviewers rely on them (and on your evidence) to assess your organisation.
Quick guide
Section titled “Quick guide”- Find your task. Your assigned assessments are listed on the Dashboard. Use the search bar and filters to find a specific assessment or entity.
- Answer. Open the assessment in either the Take Assessment view or the Bottom Table, read each question and its description, and select or type your answer.
- Attach evidence. Where a question asks for it, upload or link the supporting evidence in the Evidence area below the question.
- Track progress. Use the Dashboard’s Maturity, Risk, Confidence % and Progress % columns to see how each assessment is coming along, and check due dates so nothing is missed.
